What you can expect from the Introductory program
The Mentorship is designed to give you all the tools you need in order for you to go from a complete beginner in the financial markets to a professional trader. The Mentorship Program is has been created with consideration for the full-time worker, individuals who work a 9-5 or have other time constraints who may or may not be able to dedicate a huge amount of time every day to bettering their financial condition. The program breaks down the sometimes complicated field of retail trading into easy to understand terms which any individual will be able to pick up and apply instantly. Unlike other online courses this program provides ongoing support through the 12 month period and provides high performers a job opportunity at the end of the 12 month period.
Mentorship Timeline
Phase 1
Before you can apply for the mentorship you are required to take an interview with your coach. This is an opportunity for the coach to find out about your current situation (Such as living and working) and help you figure out the best way to approach the markets for your current situation and if this program is the right thing for you. If this is the case you'll be enrolled onto the programs and move onto phase 2.
Phase 2
Quarter 1
Phase 2 is the establishment call. This is where your mentor will show you the MT5/4 Trading platform. Explain simply how it work and set up your charts and answer and questions and clear up any confusions you may have about trading and how the markets work.
For the first quarter you should prioritise going through the introduction to Fx trading course you'll receive as part of the mentorship. 60% of your trading related activities should be going through the course until it is complete and completing and submitting your test results to your coach to check your understanding of the materials. 20% of your time should be spent analysing the markets and applying what you've learnt and placing trades. The remainder of your time should be spent in your 1-1 coaching sessions of which you receive 2 per month.
Quarter 2-3
These quarters are spent purely on ironing our any kinks in your trading psychology to prepare you for the trading test. Depending on your trading ability, comfort level and funds we will recommend a trading test for you to take and when.
Quarter 4
This quarter is spent reviewing your performance on your live trading account and preparing you to become a full time trade (If that is your objective). Once the mentorship is complete depending on your performance you will receive the opportunity to join the Financial Academy as a coach or specialist.
